Wheel-thrown pottery is a visual illustration of how the Lord prepares us to meet him, how He centers our life with peace and purpose and opens us up to align our heart with His. God is not a far-off Creator, but He is near. 

While wheel-thrown pottery captures our attention watching vessels being made right before our eyes, it is the process of reclaiming clay that captures our hearts. Artist and author, Kelly Brinkmann, reclaims old and dried out clay in a simple bucket of water to make new, usable clay as an illustration of how our own spiritual lives can be remade each day with Jesus.
