Artists Katherine Bernhardt and Zéh Palito present their collaborative mural on Washington Avenue in St. Louis. Their partnership began in 2017 when Katherine discovered Zéh's work on Instagram and reached out to collaborate.
This mural, their second project together, reflects their mutual admiration and creative synergy. Combining freehand styles, they used spray paint, rollers, and brushes to create a vibrant mural featuring Zéh's figures and cars, alongside Katherine's pattern paintings of mushrooms, cigarettes, and tiles. Completed in just three days, the mural exemplifies their seamless collaboration and contributes to the thriving public art scene in St. Louis, showcasing contemporary art in an open-air setting.
